Chiropractic Clinic kinesio tape

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, training for your next race, or just want to move with less pain, RockTape® helps support your body without restricting natural motion. Our chiropractors use RockTape to reduce discomfort, improve circulation, and enhance performance—so you can get back to doing what you love.

What Is RockTape?

RockTape is a premium kinesiology tape designed to gently lift the skin, which can decrease pressure on pain receptors, improve fluid dynamics (circulation and lymphatic flow), and support muscles and joints as they move. Unlike rigid athletic tape, RockTape stretches and moves with you.

How RockTape Works (In Plain English)

  • Decompresses irritated tissue: The tape’s elastic lift creates space between the skin and underlying fascia.

  • Improves body awareness (proprioception): Light stimulation of the skin helps the brain “map” joint position more accurately.

  • Supports without restricting: You keep your full range of motion while gaining stability where you need it.

  • Assists circulation & lymphatic flow: Micro-lifting effect encourages fluid movement to help reduce swelling and bruising.
